Please ensure to provide a valid contact number, the courier may call you when delivering the package. If no one answers, they will try to place the goods in front of the main entrance. To avoid the risk of loss, we hope you can sign for and check the integrity of the package as soon as possible

OFFLINE LOCAL PICKUP:

Our warehouse address is located in NewYork, Maspeth / Brooklyn, please contact us in advance if you need local pickup services

1.If you change your mind after receiving the product, you can return the goods within 30 days. If you purchased on Amazon, you can submit an application directly on it. If you purchased on Blenzia, please send a message to us and we will handle it. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will issue a refund to you as soon as possible. Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if the return or exchange is due to the buyer's reasons

2. If you need to replace the goods due to personal reasons after receiving them, please ensure that the goods/accessories/packaging are intact and return the goods. After we receive and inspect the goods, we will send you a new one. Please note that the return shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer (we do not recommend this operation as it will result in a significant loss of time and money. RETURN PRECAUTIONS

1. Any order that requires a return due to the buyer's reasons (such as not wanting, incorrect size, unsuitability, etc.) will require the buyer to bear the return shipping cost

4. Please ensure that the returned product is in good condition and the accessories are intact. We will inspect the returned product (which will take approximately 3 working days) and issue a refund as soon as there are no issues
