Please note that all delivery times are calculated from when your order leaves the warehouse, not from the time you placed your order (We usually ship orders the next day, with a maximum delivery time of no more than 24 hours. In case of special circumstances, we will inform the buyer in advance) the transportation time of goods depends on the distance between the receiving address and our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly advise against scheduling an installer until your order has arrived and you’ve checked the goods. We cannot cover installation costs if the product is damaged in transit or unsuitable for any reason, so please verify everything is in order before beginning the installation process

Please ensure to provide a valid contact number, the courier may call you when delivering the package. If no one answers, they will try to place the goods in front of the main entrance. To avoid the risk of loss, we hope you can sign for and check the integrity of the package as soon as possible

UPS/FedEx Free Delivery: For buyers within the United States (excluding remote and affiliated areas), we offer free shipping services

UPS/FedEx Urgent Delivery: For orders that require urgent delivery, we offer various express delivery services with different delivery times (three-day delivery/two-day delivery/next day delivery). If you need them please contact us in advance, and additional fees will be charged based on your shipping address
